Classes are offered for each electronic drug delivery device. Training courses cover device troubleshooting and repair to the assembly and subassembly levels.

Course Benefits and Registration

Who should attend:

Biomedical/Clinical Engineers responsible for the inspection, repair, and performance verification of customer-owned Hospira infusion devices, or who want to perform non-warranty related repairs on devices owned and serviced by the company.

Class attendees will learn to:

Implement repairs to assembly level
Use the Technical Service Manual as a diagnostic tool
Execute the Performance Verification Test (PVT)
Disassemble and reassemble the device
Set up the infusion device for correct operation
