Automatically Collected Information
As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring / exit pages, operating system, date / time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information to analyze trends and to administer the site.
We use a third-party tracking service (Google Analytics) that uses images, scripts and other tracking technologies to track non-personal information about visitors to our site in the aggregate. Google Analytics collects information anonymously. It reports website trends without identifying individual visitors. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track visitor interactions. These cookies are used to store information, such as the time that the current visit occurred, whether the visitor has been to the site before and what site referred the visitor to the web page. Browsers do not share first-party cookies across domains.
Temporary session cookies are set ONLY for the duration of the visit to the Hospira website(s) and are removed at the end of the browser session or after 60 minutes of inactivity. Google Analytics cookies track visitor information which may include the time of the visit, whether it constitutes a repeat visit, information about referral sources, and broad IP GeoLocation. Visitors to the Hospira websites may be asked to provide personal contact information in exchange for product or other information pertaining to the visitor’s inquiry as well as other downloadable content on our site. Hospira may use this information for answering inquiries or for Hospira marketing purposes. Hospira.com has several different webforms. Some forms require the collection of more information than others depending on the nature of the webform. The information collected includes the following:

We use a third-party survey service (iPerceptions) that collects limited information. This survey service is designed to see what visitors like and dislike about their web experience. The information collected is the following:
- User response to the questions we ask
- IP address
- Browser type
- Browser version
- Date survey completed
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

To process your request, you must include the website URL to which you provided the information (e.g., Hospira.com) and indicate on the subject line “Deletion Request.” However, for our record keeping purposes, we will retain personal identifying information you submitted for any previously completed contractual transactions.
